1. Website operation and security

When you use the site, hosting and infrastructure services may process temporary technical log data to keep the site available, secure, and protected against abuse.

• Possible data categories: IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, requested URL, and other technical request logs.
• Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• Retention: technical logs are kept for a limited operational period according to the active hosting configuration and only as long as necessary for security and service continuity.

2. Contact form

If you send the contact form, we process your name, email address, message content, and anti-abuse related technical data so we can reply and protect the form from spam and automated misuse.

• Data categories: name, email address, message, technical submission metadata, and identifiers needed for abuse protection and rate limiting.
• Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries and protecting the service.
• Recipients: fan club contacts handling the enquiry and the email processor Resend, Inc.
• Retention: contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and, as a rule, no longer than 24 months after the last related communication unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, bookkeeping obligation, or an ongoing matter.

3. Google Calendar embed

The Google Calendar embed on the events page does not load automatically. If you allow it, your browser connects to Google and Google may process technical information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

• Legal basis: consent under ePrivacy rules and, where applicable, GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
• You can withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie settings button in the site footer.
• Withdrawing consent stops the embed from loading on this site going forward.

4. Newsletter and premium memberships

Email alerts/newsletter signups and premium membership features are not active at launch. The site is not collecting newsletter subscriptions or activating premium access for public users at this stage.

5. Processors, recipients, and transfers

The site may rely on external service providers to operate. Contact form messages are delivered through Resend. Third-party calendar content is provided by Google only if you opt in.

• Resend states that it uses GDPR-compatible contractual safeguards and EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification for relevant transfers.
• Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the provider's stated transfer mechanism, such as the Data Privacy Framework or contractual safeguards.
